Caity grew up in the Stehekin Valley in North Central Washington. After graduating from high school, Caity earned degrees in Education/Counseling and in Business . Caity and her husband Burt have raised three amazing children and now enjoy the role of grandparents with their four grand kids.

Before joining the Management Team in 2018, Caity served as a volunteer EMT and she had worked for the Sequim School District for 18 years as an Administrative Assistant.  During her time at both the high school and middle school, she was the Activities Coordinator and taught Student Leadership at the state level. Caity currently serves as Board Chair for the Washington Fire Administrative Support, a section of the Washington Fire Chiefs Association. 

When she is not at her work station, Caity enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending Mariners games, working on the next upcoming event for the District or WFAS and especially being back "home" in the North Cascades.
