John McAndie is retiring after 16 years of volunteer service with Fire District 3. Serving out of Station 33 in Carlsborg, John was a dependable and dedicated member of the team. He was always ready to roll, often responding with the Tender when the call came in, providing critical support on a variety of incidents. His commitment and contributions have made a meaningful impact on both the fire district and the Carlsborg community.
